September 11, 2001

The day of September 11, 2001 the World Trade Center was attacked. The pentagon building in Washington D.C was also attacked. The U.S later found out that the terrorist that was behind the attacks was Osama Bin Laden. The United Stated citizens were deeply wounded by this attacks. A lot of people lost their life in this tragedy.

People were worried an outrage with how Bush compared the war to a crusade. The reason that people were worried and outraged with how Bush compare the war to a crusade was because they though that there was going to be more people involved in the war than only those who responsible for the attack of September 11. This was one of the reasons why people were worried and outraged at Bush’s comparison to the war. Americans didn’t pay much attention to Bush’s comparison to the current war has a crusade.

It was a bad idea to compare the war to a crusade because the war was not against people from a different type of religion. It was against terrorists. Also because there might be the danger that the people that were offended by Bush’s reference to the war might join enemy forces. Also because Bush should not have made that comparison because he should have known his history better. This is the reason why Bush should not have made that comparison.

The original groups of people that were fighting in the crusades were people who involved in many different types of religions. Two major religions that were fighting in the crusades were Christians and Muslims. These two religions really hated each other.

Gladiators were an entertainment to distract people to forget about all of their problems they have. The way this works is that men were forced to fight each other or other animals. Gladiators were slaves, criminals and christians. The way people entertain themselves in modern days is very similar because there is still a lot of violence occurring in entertainment. For example one of the ways we entertain ourselves is by watching t.v because the type of shows we watch are violent. Such as reality shows and we also watch sports such as boxing and NASCAR races. One of the differences between gladiator fights and modern day enterntainment is that there was more blood envolved back then than now.
